New Luxury Guesthouse Tall Tales Sprouts up at Saybrook Point Inn & Spa

The original plan was for the new, six-room boutique “beach house” in Old Saybrook to be a bit more diminutive than the elegant Three Stories next door. But flood elevations kept rising, necessitating engineering changes that resulted in a taller-than-expected building.
