First Night Hartford rings in the New Year with a bang! The family-friendly alcohol-free celebration takes place on Dec. 31 from 2 to midnight out on the streets—and at more than 30 venues around the city.
Highlights include live musical performances, exhibits, dancing, comedy, horse-drawn wagon rides, ice-skating in Bushnell Park, sing-alongs, storytelling, food concessions and two fireworks displays—at 6 and midnight—over Bushnell Park.
