In its January/February 2014 issue, Cooking Light magazine highlights an entree designed by Graham Elliot, the celebrity chef whose latest venture is Primary Food & Drink in Greenwich.

The dish is chicken with turnips and pomegranate sauce, and Elliot tells Cooking Light, "I came up with this dish by thinking of what I'd want to eat on a cold winter night."
