The state's Democratic party is circulating a video of possible gubernatorial contender Tom Foley, comparing his vehement disagreement with the public campaign finance program during his first run in 2010, with comments he made this week.

In Foley's announcement Tuesday that he was creating an exploratory committee to run for governor, Foley said if he enters the race he will only accept donations that permit him to qualify for the public campaign finance program. He had not yet decided if he would enter the race, or participate in the program.
